Why Kreative Fuse Exists

My name is Marcus Lima, founder and creative director of Kreative Fuse.

I'm originally from Brazil, graduated in Communication, with a focus on Advertising and Marketing, and I've built my career across very different worlds — culture, media, political marketing, tech, video games, and scientific research. Not by accident. Out of curiosity, and out of a belief that understanding diverse contexts makes your thinking sharper.

Over the years, I've worked with organizations of very different natures — a national TV channel in Brazil, video game studios in Quebec like Beenox/Activision, where I contributed creatively to franchises like Call of Duty, Crash Team Racing and Tony Hawks Pro Skater, and public institutions like Institut national de la recherche scientifique. Each time, the same challenge kept coming back: how do you clearly communicate what you are, to the people who need to understand you?

That question is at the heart of everything I do today.

Kreative Fuse was built on one conviction: most businesses don't lack talent. They lack clarity. Clarity about what they truly stand for, about the perception they project, about the gap between what they experience from the inside and what their clients see from the outside.

That gap is what I help close.

I work with businesses at two key moments: when they're starting out and want to build on the right foundation, and when they've grown but their brand hasn't kept up.

My approach always starts with strategy before execution. Because a strong visual without clear direction doesn't build a brand. It creates a presence that looks like something, but says nothing.

Every project is treated as a collaboration, not a transaction. And outside of work, I practice painting and illustration — a discipline that continues to shape the way I see, structure, and translate ideas visually.

If you're looking for a partner who thinks alongside you, challenges your ideas, and helps you build a brand that works for you long-term, you're in the right place.
